I bought this dress as a backup and another option for my brothers wedding. I ordered a size up and its totally too small. It couldnt close. I spent almost $100 on altering the bust taking out the sleeve adding gussets on each side, as it needed more room .I also removed the embellishments and added a gorgeous gold and black trim to the waist and hands. n the picture online and the gown I received didnt look the same as mine had a pleated sash made from the lace around the waist.I thought I was getting a good deal on a gown but at the end its costing me the same as if i would rent but here i keep it. Also i forgot I ordered this gown and it showed up at my door I was like oh! its so pretty but I dont remember buying it. I checked and I did order it but forgot abt it. It definitely came the perfect time because i ordered a diff gown form a diff company from china and IT STILL DIDNT ARRIVE! and I ordered them the same day!! So thank youIf I wouldve known I wouldve asked to build up the neck on both the front and back so It will have a complete look.And it would be nice if the sleeves were lined so I wouldnt have to wear a shell. I would recommend that the company either give extra fabric for the lace and both layers sewn in to t he gown so it could be taken fairly easy, or give extra material in a sep bag with the gown in case the customer needs itThis company was great to work with. After placing my order, they emailed me to get my exact measurements so they could make the dress fit better than standard sizes. The dress arrived and it fits great. It's also gorgeous. The only downside is I can't lift my arms but that's a minor problem. I'm very happy with this purchase and it'll look great at my cousin's wedding.The measurements were true to size so if you want anything a little loose, measure a little big. We did that on the arms since the material is not stretchy & it is perfect. We received this before the expected date. They did an excellent job at letting us know they received the measurements, when to expect it & when it was shipped. We are very pleased!It fits like a glove. Ordered bigger so may run small on many people. When you place your measurements in the email they send make sure to give yourself some room. Well done. Fast shipping! Very good communication. Take not the embroidery is not as high as I had anticipated but it’s still a beautiful dress.This was a lovely dress but I wasn’t sure what size to order and it didn’t end up fitting me. I had difficulty returning it on my end and the seller was lovely to deal with during this time.The dress was purchased for my daughter who is very petite. The dress fit perfectly, but needed to return the dress as she found something she liked even better. We requested a full refund and the refund was done expeditiously.This is a pretty dress. It looks well made. However, even after comparing my measurements closely to the size guide and reading reviews, it was way too small. Alterations would have been too expensive for it to be worth it. Return shipping costs are outrageously expensive so I’m losing a lot of money on this dress. I would only buy it if you’re willing to spend lots to return if needed.This fit fine on the lower part of the dress but too large on the top.
