Very sad it was too small because it a really beautifully made shoe, and I was so keen to get out on the trails. Bit of background I usually buy a men's 10.5 -11 US because I like room and space in the toe box despite being normally a size 10.5-11 in women sandals. I cant ever were a women sneaker as they are just too tight and very uncomfortable. I was super excited to finally find a shoe designed for women with a larger toe box area so I followed the rules of their shoes fit size to see if I could finally buy a women size shoe not the men. The size chart said I was a US 10. I also and added on an extra size just to be safe because previous reviews said they fit small so I bought a size up being the ladies 11. Well a size up was not big enough for the my right foot which is slightly larger than the left. The left just fit comfortable with 3 mm to spare in the toe area (I would never buy a shoe with 3mm to spare because my feet move and swell during long runs) and the right toe was up to the front touching.I would also like to point out these shoes are quite slim for the medium width shoe, I was surprised they were not wider despite them saying they had a wide toe box. The slim ankle was good but I think all over the shoe is too slim. I am 178 cm tall and athletic body type and I liked to say I have pretty normal feet maybe a little wider and longer because of my height.So now I have followed their size rules chart and didn't find success I will return these and try the men's shoe 10.5 and hopefully get a better result . The men's shoes looks much wider overall, and I do like the colors better too!
